The delivery charge will be added onto your order at the checkout stage.
Please note some particularly large, heavy or valuable products may incur a postage surcharge. If this is the case the surcharge will be published on the product page.
Delivery of any bulk wholesale orders will be charged at cost.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, however we do try and deliver within 2 weeks. Certain made to order items can take longer than 28 days and this information will be provided in the product details. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Royal Air Force Museum Enterprises Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our web site as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the web site when goods have sold out at campaign price can take a few hours to update. You can avoid delivery charges by collecting your order from the shop at our Cosford Museum. Simply select "Free store collection" at the checkout stage of the order process. Please bring your order reference number with you when making the collection. Collection address: Shop, RAF Museum, Cosford, Shifnal, Shropshire, TF11 8UP. The Museum Shop is open 7 days a week, 10am - 5pm. However we suggest you check opening times with us before you travel.
